The Value Readiness Scorecard

You can complete the Scorecard and view your result without submitting contact information. Your answers stay in your browser unless you ask us to email your detailed result.

If you request email delivery, we collect your first name, work email, company, optional role or title, Scorecard answers, calculated result, result-delivery request, and any separate marketing-consent choice.

We do not intentionally store your IP address, geolocation, device identifiers, or browser fingerprints as part of your Scorecard submission.

How we use information

We use submitted Scorecard information to deliver the detailed result you requested and to operate and improve the Scorecard.

Marketing consent is optional, separate from result delivery, and unchecked by default. At launch, we store that consent choice but do not place you into an automated marketing sequence.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host the website, Neon to store requested Scorecard submissions, and Resend to deliver Scorecard result emails. These service providers process information for us to provide those services.

Retention and deletion

We retain identifiable Scorecard submissions for up to six months, then delete them. You may request deletion before then by emailing hello@thevalyoo.com.

Sale, targeted advertising, analytics, and cookies

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. At launch, we do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on The Valyoo website.

Other Valyoo services

This Policy also covers other Valyoo and Value Consulting LLC online services that link to it. Future services may include advisory or fractional services, calculators, courses, digital products, and client or member experiences. We will update this Policy when the data practices of those services materially differ from the practices described here.
